Ski School Policies

Booking & Cancellation

Booking Policy We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the lesson to secure your booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of the lesson. Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the lesson.

We only collect the information necessary to provide our services and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. All of our instructors are certified and trained in first aid to ensure your safety on the slopes. Payment Methods We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Offline payments can be arranged by contacting us directly.
